Unibloom makes climate transition planning accessible and collaborative from €50 per user per month
In only 10 minutes, a company can get started and assess the carbon and financial impact of different actions in one shared plan.

Stockholm/London, September 30, 2026 – Unibloom is today launching Unibloom Climate Transition Plan. A new easy and affordable tool for any company to start putting their climate transition plans to work. The new tool brings climate data, costs and actions into one shared plan, so teams can make practical business decisions together and collaborate with climate consultants with ease.
Companies can start a climate transition plan in around ten minutes, using data they already have. From €50 per user per month, Unibloom automates calculations so teams can compare the carbon impact and cost of energy, ingredients, materials, packaging and transport instantly. They can see where data is missing and work with procurement and innovation to decide what to do next.
The launch comes as companies face growing pressure through increased prices and risks in the supply chain. The pressure on Science Based Targets from customers, regulatory actions and consumer transparency to demonstrate how climate targets will be delivered are also accelerating.
The market has been under-served with easy to use and affordable software and data tools. The latest Scope 3 Tools Insight Report found that 54 % of buyers had rejected a shortlisted solution because its price or total cost was too high. Buyers called for simpler, more flexible tools focused on action rather than reporting.
Unibloom has also entered a collaboration with the Swedish climate consultancy firm 2050 Consulting. 2050 has supported hundreds of Nordic companies in their profitable transition journeys, helping them set ambitious climate targets, develop plans to achieve them, and ensure those plans are successfully implemented. The result is more resilient and profitable businesses.
“At Unilever and Ben & Jerry’s, I saw good sourcing decisions postponed and retailers not always valuing our sustainable innovations. It took months of calculations, chasing data and uncertain assumptions to show climate impact alongside cost. We were far from alone. I founded Unibloom so more companies can compare both quickly, make confident decisions and act with suppliers and customers. We’re excited to work with 2050 Consulting to bring together data, technology and expert advice, helping more companies turn climate transition plans into action,” says Anna Sandgren, founder and CEO of Unibloom.
"Companies want to turn their transition plans into reality, but doing so requires the ability to visualize and compare the impact of different measures on both climate performance and profitability. Together with Unibloom, we can offer management teams the decision-making support they need to move from targets and plans to action and implementation," says Markus Ekelund, CEO of 2050 Consulting.
Their current focus is food and fashion companies in Nordics, Netherlands and the UK. Unibloom Climate Transition Plan is available at ctp.unibloom.world.
